ARGEX is a natural light clay inert.
ARGEX is a natural light clay inert.
ARGEX is odourless.
ARGEX has a very wide range of applications. It can be used in agriculture, in geotechnics, in thermal and acoustic insulation, in floor backfilling, in structural concrete, in refractory concrete.
ARGEX is available in different aggregate sizes because for each use there is a particle size more suitable than others. ARGEX is available in the following grain sizes: 0-2; 2-4; 3-8F; 3-8; 8-16.
It means 75% of ARGEX 0-2 particles are between 0,25 mm and 2 mm in diameter.
It means 75% of ARGEX 2-4 particles are between 4 mm and 8 mm in diameter.
It means 75% of ARGEX 3-8F particles are between 6,3 mm and 12,5 mm in diameter.
It means 75% of ARGEX 3-8 particles are between 8 mm and 12,5 mm in diameter.
It means 75% of ARGEX 8-16 particles are between 8 mm and 16 mm in diameter.
ARGEX 0-2 is suitable for mortars and lightweight plasters with good thermal performance and fire resistant. The mechanical and physical properties of the aggregate make it suitable for use in prefabricated elements with special features.
ARGEX 2-4 can be applied in structural lightweight concrete, in high-strength screeds, in prefabricated parts with thin walls. It combines the lightness of the material with its mechanical, thermal and acoustic strength.
ARGEX 3-8F can be applied in structural lightweight concrete, in high-strength and lightweight screeds, in prefabricated parts. It combines the lightness of the material with its mechanical, thermal and acoustic strength.
ARGEX 3-8 can be applied to screeds, in services and housing flooring, in making lighter concrete. It combines the lightness of the material with its mechanical, thermal and acoustic strength.
ARGEX 8-16 can be applied to screeds for roofs with high lightness and thermal insulation, as a backfiller in masonry walls or to make lighter massives or covers. It combines the lightness of the material with its mechanical, thermal and acoustic strength.
